About the WV FCA Leadership Team

Keith has been on staff with FCA since 1998. He currently serves as the State Director for WV. He is responsible to oversee the staff, direct new hires through the process and to cultivate donors and board members throughout the state. Keith still finds time to work with huddles and coaches in the Charleston area. Keith’s love for the Lord is seen in his leadership and dedication. The ministry of FCA is near and dear to him and he believes it is a tool God is using to shape the next generation. He and his wife Cathy have two daughters and one lovely granddaughter.

He and his wife, Kelly have fun traveling and spoiling their grandkids.
Dennis Dye is a former coach that retired from coaching and teaching and answered the call to be FCA Staff. He joined the team, working under Mike White, as an Area Representative in 2015. He’s able to understand the mind and heart of a coach and serve them better because of his past experience. He focuses his time and efforts in the Boone County area of WV. He and his wife, Gina, have 2 kids and 3 grandkids.
Brian grew up in Monroe County, West Virginia and graduated from James Monroe High School in 2014. FCA played an enormous role in his walk with the Lord through the campus huddles and football chapels. After graduation, he continued his education at West Virginia University majoring in Agricultural Extension Education. FCA continued to disciple and pour into him there as he became apart of the WVU’s FCA Leadership team. It was there he felt God’s call to come as staff after graduation in May of 2018. He is now the field representative for Monroe, Mercer, McDowell and Greenbrier County.
